My client, a leading Casino Content Creator, is looking for a Head Of HR Operations to join their team in Warsaw.

The Head of HR Operations will oversee the daily operations of HR and administrative functions, ensuring seamless alignment between teams and promoting operational efficiency. This role demands strategic leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage resources effectively. A key focus will be collaborating with HR to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development, ensuring HR strategies align with broader operational goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient collaboration across departments.
  • Work closely with the executive team to implement strategic initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Manage resource allocation for HR and administrative functions, focusing on optimizing processes and controlling costs.
  • Monitor operating expenses related to HR and ensure adherence to the budget.
  • Lead contract negotiations for HR services and vendors, securing favorable terms and safeguarding company interests.
  • Ensure effective communication and implementation of HR policies and strategies across all departments.
  • Collaborate with HR on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development initiatives.
  • Align HR policies with operational needs, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and retention through HR-driven initiatives.
  • Report regularly to the executive team on HR operational performance, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.

 

Desired skillset & experience

  • Proven experience in a senior HR operations role or as COO with significant HR oversight.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in HR operational management, resource allocation, and process improvement.
  • Fluent in both Russian and English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on improving performance.
  • Experience partnering with HR to align talent strategies with operational needs.
